Company History
Enviroquip, Inc. was formed in 1966 to design and supply a
wide range of superior equipment for water pollution control,
advanced waste treatment, water treatment and sludge handling.
Since then Enviroquip has been leading the industry in continuous
improvement of it's products utilizing feedback from operators
and owners. For the past four years the company has been growing
as a result mainly of licensed technology including Hallsten’s
AirBeam® covers, SymBio from BioBalance®, and Membrane Bioreactors
from Kubota. It also has become the market leader in Controlled
Aerobic Digestion.
Enviroquip has developed Aeration products
and processes to meet the specific requirement of Aerobic
Digestion and holds
a number of patents in the area. Enviroquip has evolved Aerobic
Digestion as the process of choice for the smaller treatment
facilities producing Class B sludge. The simple traditional
process has been upgraded and controlled to ensure that pathogen
destruction and volatile solids destruction requirements
are met routinely and reliably.
The Clarifier Group features
customized, high performance clarifiers, both circular and
rectangular designs. These
clarifiers are
specifically designed to return sludge rapidly to the aeration
basin and to eliminate problems associated with scum accumulation.
In
October 1998 Enviroquip introduced the SymBio® Biological
Nitrogen Removal process. Presently there are over 50
full-scale installations worldwide achieving low T.N. and
effluent
operation using the SymBio® process. The SymBio® process
provides a combination of enhanced treatment and energy-savings
that
is very attractive.
Since January 2001, Enviroquip and
Kubota Corporation have joined forces to introduce Kubota’s
flat-plate membrane to the U.S. market. Enviroquip is uniquely
positioned to provide
full M.B.R. systems and when the Kubota flat-plate is
combined with Enviroquip’s BNR expertise, the result
is a cost-effective, robust M.B.R.
The latest addition to
Enviroquip’s product line was
launched in October, 2003. A cost-effective range of
fine automatic fine screens is now available and is a natural
extension of
our coarse mechanical screens.
Enviroquip has been successful
for more than thirty-five years by providing quality equipment,
backed by a high
level of process
support. Process calculations, specifications and drawings
are provided to consulting engineers during the initial
design stages of the project ensuring that there is
a seamless integration
between Enviroquip's equipment and the overall plant
design.
Enviroquip's objective is to continue developing
profitable opportunities in the wastewater treatment business
by offering proprietary products, processes and systems
that allow
us to continue to expand our base of operations.
Enviroquip
is employee owned which insures that all our employees are
deeply committed to its success.
